In order to begin booking reservations at Pro X, each individual will need to create an account within Upper Hand (our scheduling/booking software).  The account creation includes our terms and conditions as well as our liability waivers.

Yes, we offer many available membership options to meet the preferences of all our members.

Diamond Sports: Our Diamond Sports members receive UNLIMITED cage reservations, UNLIMITED turf time, and many available discounts on other diamond sports products such as classes, programs, camps, etc.

Diamond Plus:  Our Diamond Plus membership combines a Diamond Sports membership and a Sports Performance membership.

Members receive UNLIMITED cage reservations, UNLIMITED turf time, and many available discounts on other diamond sports products such as classes, programs, camps, etc.  Additionally, based on whichever level you join, Diamond Plus members receive the same benefits as our Sports Performance members.

Yes, we offer different family membership options to meet the needs of all our members.  The pricing is specific to each membership and is available upon request.  If you have specific questions about our available memberships, please email [email protected]

Only under certain circumstances will Pro X pause a specific membership.  We offer many short-term memberships for individuals who wish to not make such a long-term commitment.

In order to upgrade your Diamond Sports Membership to a Diamond Plus Membership, you must first choose your Diamond Plus Membership – review all our options by clicking here, then simply make your selection.  After you upgrade, email [email protected] and we will cancel your Diamond Sports Membership.

Diamond Plus members receive UNLIMITED cage reservations, UNLIMITED turf time, and many available discounts on other diamond sports products such as classes, programs, camps, etc.  Additionally, based on whichever level you join, Diamond Plus members receive the same benefits as our Sports Performance members.

Yes, we offer guest pricing and member pricing for many of our available services, classes, programs, camps, etc.

Members of Pro X generally receive a 20-25% discount for many of our services and programs

Classes:

Pro X has a policy of cutting off online reservations within a certain timeframe prior to the scheduled start time.  A reservation may be unavailable due to being within that particular cutoff timeframe or a class has been sold out. If you are unable to book a reservation and would like to check on availability, please contact us at [email protected]

Cancellation Policy:  Because we are a training facility, no-shows and late cancellations significantly impact our business. Therefore, no refunds will be given for an unattended reservation or for the cancellation of a reservation within twenty-four hours of the start of the class. Outside of the twenty-four hour timeframe, the reservation can be rescheduled for a later date. To cancel or reschedule the reservation, please call 317-733-6000 or email us at [email protected]

If a reservation was tied to a specific membership and there was no charge at the time of registration, there will be no penalty for a cancellation outside of twenty-four hours from the start of the class. If a cancellation occurs within the twenty-four hour timeframe, Pro X reserves the right to charge the customer a fee of $20.

Pro X will not refund any Packages of Classes that were purchased, all Classes purchased in Bulk will either need to be used or can be used as credit for other Pro X services.

Pro X has a policy of cutting off online reservations within a certain timeframe prior to the scheduled start time.  A reservation may be unavailable due to being within that particular cutoff timeframe or a session has been previously booked. If you are unable to book a reservation and would like to check on availability, please contact our staff at [email protected]

Cancellation Policy:  Because we are a training facility, no-shows and late cancellations significantly impact our business. Therefore, no refunds will be given for the cancellation of a private lesson within forty-eight hours of the designated reservation time. Outside of the forty-eight hour timeframe, the reservation can be rescheduled for a later date. To cancel or reschedule the reservation, please call 317-733-6000 or email us at [email protected]

Pro X will not refund any Packages of Lessons that were purchased, all Lessons purchased in Bulk will either need to be used or can be used as credit for other Pro X services. 

Memberships:

We have many available membership options with varying commitment levels; and memberships will renew each month on your renewal date until you fulfill your required commitment level.

Upon fulfilling your membership commitment, it is your responsibility to communicate to Pro X if you wish to cancel your membership with Pro X no later than 7 days in advance of the renewal date to give the Pro X staff ample time to turn off the membership.  If you do not communicate your cancellation intent to Pro X, the membership will continue to renew on your renewal date at the same monthly due amount. It is the responsibility of the member to communicate to Pro X if they no longer wish for their membership to renew after the commitment level has been met. 

Pro X does not accept membership cancellation requests until each member has fulfilled their initial membership commitment.

Pro X will not provide a refund for any unused membership months.
