This six week program helps develop athletes to become better baseball players. Players will practice Wednesday evenings with our instructors to develop their game. On weekends, they will play games that are instruction led. This gives players the ability to stop in the game and learn what they could do to enhance performance.

“Over the course of my 9-year professional pitching career, I was exposed to some of the most innovative training professionals in the world and able to visit and utilize training facilities throughout the country. I realized that Central Indiana lacked an all-inclusive training facility, so Pro X was founded with input from other athletes, healthcare providers and experts in the industry to provide innovative and integrated sports performance training, physical therapy and rehabilitation services, and sport-specific skill development.”
