An off-season program with a complete approach to developing throwing velocity. This program requires an athlete’s full dedication to continuous training regimen to maximize development.
Winter VIP’s goal is to teach athletes the proper way to train arm strength as well as develop your throwing mechanics. Programming includes weight training, plyocare, jaeger bands, long toss, high-intent throws, medicine balls, mobility, plyometrics, and more.
All athletes receive a specifically designed mid-week training program that provides day to day workouts outside of our sessions.
Every athlete receives an assessment from Dr. Jamey Gordon.
