Evaluations consist of 60 minutes of individual full body assessment, movement testing, history of injury/training, and establishment of a goal-oriented plan. Significant athlete education is typically included in this time. After your session on that day, additional time in the facility for exercise performance is provided at no additional cost

SPEED & AGILITY CLASSES
Scott Charland instructs our Pro X speed & agility classes for ages 9-18 year olds. Scott is the current head strength coach for Butler University. Scott has also served as head strength coach for Temple and St. Lois University as well as assisting at Ohio State University. Scott has taught small group youth classes for the past 15 years. There is no doubt your player will receive a great workout from an instructor with a ton of experience. Take advantage in making a bigger, stronger and faster athlete this off season
INTERMEDIATE WEIGHT TRAINING CLASSES
The intermediate weight training program introduces middle school athletes to the weight room and prepares them for APC Classes. Classes are $20 per session and held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 5:00-6:00pm. Click the button below to choose your dates and register.
